1bdtk Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the 1bdtk website, app, and related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any registered account holder.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal fund balance of your account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money awarded through promotional activities.
• "Turnover" refers to the total amount wagered (regardless of win or loss).

1.2 Applicability

These Terms apply to all products and services on the 1bdtk platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming products. Where separate rules exist for specific products, those rules are considered supplementary to these general Terms.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To participate in betting or gaming activities on the 1bdtk platform, you must open a personal account. At the time of registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Date of birth (for age verification).
• Active mobile number.
• Email address (optional, but recommended for security).

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be permanently closed and all associated balances may be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is also considered a violation of this policy.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and deposited funds may not be returned.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the 1bdtk platform. Relevant documents proving age (such as a national identity card or passport) may be requested at the time of registration or at any time thereafter.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is designed for users in Bangladesh. Using the platform from areas where online betting is legally prohibited is entirely at the user's own risk. 1bdtk is not responsible for compliance with local laws.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request verification documents for identity, address, or payment method at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 1bdtk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: within a maximum of 1 hour.

4.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected or suspended in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification is incomplete.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• There is suspicion of fraud on the account.
• An investigation related to multiple accounts is ongoing.

4.4 Transaction Fees

1bdtk generally does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, the payment service provider may apply their own charges, which are the responsibility of the user.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus. To receive this bonus, the deposit must be made the first time after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. For the welcome bonus, a total wager of (bonus amount + deposit amount) × 25 must be placed. Example: ৳1,000 deposit + ৳1,000 bonus = ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 total bets required.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• In cases of bonus abuse (arbitrage, multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The 1bdtk VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on access, activity, and engagement on the platform.

6.1 Betting Activities

Sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), live casino, and slot games are available on the 1bdtk platform. Each game category has its own detailed rules, which can be found on that category's page.

6.2 Bet Validity

A bet will remain pending until its result is confirmed. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or data feed issue, the wagered amount will be refunded.

6.3 Irregular or Suspicious Betting

1bdtk reserves the right to cancel or review any bet if:

• The bet appears to have been placed taking advantage of erroneous odds.
• There is suspicion of match fixing or use of insider information.
• The betting pattern appears unusual or suspicious.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, the platform will determine the game result based on the last confirmed state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Opening an account using a false identity or false information.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Using any software, bot, or automated tool to play games.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of earning bonuses.
• Artificially manipulating game outcomes to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Sharing bonuses through the accounts of family members or friends.

7.3 Platform Security Violations

• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain unfair advantage.
• Attempting hacking or cyberattacks.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

8.1 Platform Rights

1bdtk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than six months).
• Court order or directive from a law enforcement agency.

8.2 Account Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (provided wagering requirements have been met) can be withdrawn.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account with no transactions for 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, which will be deducted from the account's remaining balance.
